Rockin' Green Rocks Our Socks!

Well... I guess it rocks our diapers, maybe not our socks. We discovered the Rockin' Green Cloth Diaper Detergent on facebook a few months ago and we were intrigued. It is all natural, funky detergent that is perfectly safe for cloth diapers. (Check out www.rockingreensoap.com)

I ordered some on Black Friday when they were having a super awesome sale..Shipping kinda killed me but it was still a great sale. I got a whole bunch of small bags with different Christmasy scents...Eggnog, Mint Chocolate, Holiday Berry, Cookie to name a few! And not only did it smell yummy but it came in cute little reusable bags. Bonus! And they sent us a couple cute little scoops for the soap as well. Well I didn't get it until beginning of January (not their fault...darn Canada Post) And then we share the bags of rockin' green. I tried washing my dipes in it and the weird diaper stink that you get from diapers after being washed and worn for a loooong time...well it dissapeared out of my goodmama diapers. I was a bit dissapointed that the smell was still in the monkey doodlez and the thirsties but hey a couple more washes should do it right...Well today I decided to SOAK all my dipes in rocking green in the bathtub...welll....I put clean diapers in to soak and you shoulda seen how nasty that water was afterwards...ewww is all I can say. But I soaked them for a couple hours, wrung them out, put them in the washer and washed them with more rockin' green. AND GUESS WHAT!!!!! The stink is gone! Seriously! the stink from ALL my diapers is now gone! even the hard to dry pain in the butt monkey doodlez! So I just have to say that rockin' green is awesome. We are thinking we might start to carry it, let us know if you'd be interested!

A New Year

Hey Everyone!

Well its a new year and its time for some new products!! We are going to try and actually update our blog on occasion this year! (well more frequently!) And we are introducing a new line of mama cloth. We are looking for testers at the moment as we perfect our desing but let's just say that they will be comfy, cute, absorbant and maybe a snap in liner!
